All questions and requests for event information can be directed to our Sponsor Manager: 

  • Vendor booth selection will start on October 15th, 2025. The order of selection will be based on sponsorship tier, then by registration date.
  • Booth setup will be available starting on November 13th tentatively around 7:00pm, though this may change based on event space availability. Be on the lookout for more information as we get closer to the event.
  • One 6-foot table and two chairs. Each exhibit will be allocated 7ft of space. The Exhibit Hall is carpeted.
  • If you require power for your booth, please bring an extension cord and power strip to assure your power requirements are met.
  • Please note: Your exhibit table will not be in a secured area. Be prepared to take any valuable materials with you. The venue and event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please send a copy of your company’s logo in a high-resolution, print-ready file to [email protected]

  • File Format – PNG or SVG format (Transparent background preferred)
  • Resolution & Size – High-resolution, print-ready size — at least 600px wide at 300 DPI (SVG preferred for best scalability)
  • Color – Full-color version required. Optional: Include monochrome version if available, for use on dark backgrounds.
  • Usage Guidelines (If Applicable) – If your brand has any specific logo usage rules, please include them with your submission. Otherwise, we will assume general best practices apply.

Your sponsorship level includes 3 Swag Bag Inserts. Inserts can be anything from a printed flyer, brochure, or postcard, to a branded item like pens, notepad, or other item. We suggest choosing something that reflects your brand and provides lasting value for attendees.

You should plan to provide approximately 250 of each item you decide to include.

To ensure your branded item or printed material makes it in attendee swag bags, please ship all items to the address no later than October 20th, 2025.
